Watching the Super Bowl? Stay home or head to Upper Deck in Hallandale. (includes video story)

With the Tampa Bay Buccaneers preparing to play the Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday at 6:30 p.m. on CBS, people must decide how they are planning to watch the Super Bowl.

Donald Paul is planning on watching the game at home with his family as he always does.

“I’ll do the same thing I do every year, be with the family, maybe some friends to come over,” he said. “But that’s it.”

For the people who choose to watch the game outside, Upper Deck Ale & Sports Grille in Hallandale Beach will be showing the Super Bowl.

Upper Deck assistant manager Vincent Garlond said the place will take precautions.

“We will be just under max capacity,” he said. “Tables will be more spaced out.”

Employees are required to wear masks and safety equipment, but customers can eat without them. “For the customer’s convenience, they are not required to use masks.”

(The U.S. Centers for Disease Control has suggested people wear masks during the game, that they not cheer loudly, and more.)

Upper Deck also offers delivery and pick-up for people who decide to stay home and watch the game.
