Voter guide: Florida’s midterm election

Early voting in over 30 Florida counties began on Oct. 24, with election day coming up Nov. 8.

That Tuesday, polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You must bring a valid photo ID that has your signature to the polls such as your driver’s license and U.S. passport.

Your ballot will include races such as governor, attorney general, U.S. Senate, U.S. House, State Senate and the State House.

Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis is up for re-election against Democratic Rep. Charlie Crist. For attorney general, incumbent Republican Ashley Moody is running against Democratic Aramis Ayala. Incumbent Republican Sen. Marco Rubio is going for re-election against Democratic Rep. Val Demings. Also, all the seats in the U.S. House, State Senate and State House are up for grabs.
