New FIU partnership hosts expo for students’ career opportunities (includes video story)

FIU is partnering with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to host a 3-day conference at Biscayne Bay campus to help students find jobs and internships.

The first two days, Oct. 18 to 19, were composed of virtual events. Tomorrow, Oct. 20, there will be a conference and career expo in the Wolfe Center ballrooms.

USAID is a federal agency that leads in international development and global humanitarian assistance. It is looking to give panthers work and internship opportunities.

“There’s a place for you at USAID, and we want to show you that place,” said Moon Medina, a program specialist interning at USAID.
