Top five gyms in South Florida

Do you love working out and staying active? Fitness doesn’t have an age limit or a requirement that one is in optimal shape. Better conditioning and healthy living should be on everyone’s to-do list. South Florida gyms provide all the necessary elements to fulfilling that daily goal.

All across Broward and Miami-Dade counties, residents can train on state-of-the-art machines in an encouraging environment. Here are the top five places to work out in South Florida.

Crunch Fitness in west Pembroke Pines opened in August. Alexandra Villa, front desk manager, gives the gym high praise and credited her staff members. “The atmosphere of the gym is great, all of our staff members are nice, and we’re willing to help,” said Villa. Crunch Fitness has a “no judgment” motto and welcomes its members with open arms. This gym offers high-intensity interval training with licensed personal trainers, known as the “HIIT Zone.” It also offers spin and cycle classes for people more comfortable using exercise bikes. However, if you’re not interested in high-intensity workouts, there are accessible weight selections for all members. Hydro massage therapy and indoor tanning are available, too.  Gym users have to pay $300 to become an official member, with a $10 monthly payment.
