Ireland’s is known for its excellent cuts of steak that are seared on both sides with juice that seeps onto the plate. One of the most popular dishes is the bone-in rib-eye ($65). The seafood dishes are also made with fresh ingredients. You will feel first-class with each plate presented to your table. Perks? If you order steak, the waitress will provide a selection of knives based on your cutting preference!

La Perla offers a wide array of dishes including one of the most popular: Lomo saltado ($15.95), beef sautéed with onions, tomatoes and cilantro served on a bed of white rice and crisp French fries. If you’re hungry for ceviche, you can never go wrong with the mixto ($16.95) shrimp and fish cured in fresh lime juice spiced with chopped onions, salt and peppers. Located in the Weston Town Center, this hip place offers happy hour specials that include half-off drinks seven days a week from 5 to 9 p.m. If you’re hungry for a bite, expect a wide variety of American fare including: the Chef’s Special Burger ($14) which is made with a blend of crispy bacon, onions, red wine reduction sauce and blue cheese. Or opt for wings or their variety of salads to name a few of the multiple selections.

If you are dreaming of Spain and want to feel the vibes of the culture, then you’re in for a treat at Entretapas. Not only is there a wine card with over 50 choices, your server will make sure that your food pairs well with the booze. As for the food, you will never go wrong with a paella, ranging from $18 to $24, or the large selection of tapas. Try the chef’s recommendation: Pulpo a la Gallega ($18.80), potatoes topped with sliced octopus with a pinch of olive oil and paprika. Olé!
