Inspicio celebrates Women’s History Month

Our sister publication, Inspicio, has published a dozen interviews in honor of Women’s History Month. Among them:

Emmy award-winning documentary film producer Shawna Brakefield-Haase — whose new film “A La Calle” about the turmoil in Venezuela recently premiered at the Miami Film Festival.

Author and educator Dr. Yanela McLeod — whose new book, “The Miami Times and the Fight for Equality: Race, Sport, and the Black Press, 1948 – 1958,” was presented at the Miami Book Fair.

    Award-winning Miami-based filmmaker Alexandra Codina.

Artist & writer Necee Regis, who had a studio at the Bakehouse for many years, and became obsessed with portraying the airplanes that passed overhead 24/7.
