Investigations of college student murders start (includes video story)

The murders of four University of Idaho students put the community on edge. The bodies of Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Kaylee Goncalves were found in a home off-campus on Sunday Night.

During a press conference on Wednesday, police confirmed that all four victims were killed with a knife. They say that there was no evidence of forced entry and the suspect remains on the loose.

Students are now fearing for their safety, some even leaving campus. University of Idaho student Daniel Ramirez says, “A lot of them have been leaving. People are scared.”

The victims’ families are devastated and are calling for more information. Police are hoping to find more answers via the autopsies that are being performed on all four victims.
