Midtown Creamery is located a few blocks east of Wynwood’s main drag. The mouthwatering waffle bubble ice cream cone is one of the most popular desserts this year in South Florida. It is as soft as a warm pancake with two scoops of the ice cream of your choice and multiple toppings. Midtown Creamery offers 16 flavors in fresh waffle cones, waffle bubble cones, cinnabun cones or a cinnabun cookie sandwich. Midtown Creamery also offers milkshakes, cookies and brownies on the side.
Mr. Kream: A Hip-Hop Ice Cream Shop

Mr. Kream Ice Cream Shop is very unique. Its walls are filled with pictures of hip-hop’s most influential artists and graffiti. There are 14 ice cream flavors and a mixture called the 2-Live blue, which includes cookie dough and uniquely colored ice cream. Mr. Kream serves ice cream on waffle cones, a whole waffle or in a cup. It also offers brownies, cookies, shakes, floats and cheesecakes with 15 toppings of your choice. The price range for the ice cream is $8 to $18.
Taiyaki Ice Cream

Taiyaki NYC Miami is located inside the popular 1-800-Lucky Asian restaurant. The famous, delicious and unique Japanese fish-shaped waffle cone is filled with red bean paste or custard. Start off by choosing an ice cream flavor like matcha green tea, vanilla, chocolate or black sesame. Then add your choice of a drizzle syrup: caramel, chocolate, condensed milk or strawberry. Lastly, you choose a topping of crushed Oreos, wafer sticks, sprinkles or cookie crumbles. Their most popular ice creams are the Unicorn ($8) and Matcha Green Tea ($7).
Fireman Derek’s Pie Shop

Fireman Derek’s has the best pies in Wynwood. The place has offered fresh baked goods since 2014. There are pies, cakes, cheesecakes, cookies and warm pastries. Fireman Derek’s specialties are the 17 pies offered. The most popular one is the Candy Bar, which tastes like an actual candy bar in the form of a pie. The pies are baked in the shop every morning, then sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a pie is sold out, it won’t be available until the following day. The pies are sold by the slice (price range $6 to $8) or as a whole pie. Fireman Derek’s is open seven days a week and recently expanded to a second store in Coconut Grove.
