Tiago’s Tacos opens restaurants across the county (includes video story)

Tiago’s Tacos is a new hot spot for eating in South Florida, serving various Mexican food options. Gabriel Bayma and Angie Mollinedo started it Tacos in 2018 just before welcoming their son Tiago.

What started as a food truck has expanded into restaurants. This family-owned business has allowed Bayma and his wife to share their culinary passions with their employees and customers.

“Our restaurant has become a success because our food is fresh, and it is prepared at the moment,” said employee Claudia Muños. “Our focus as employees is to make sure the food is high quality and fresh at all times.”

Their menu includes a variety of food from tacos, quesadillas, bowls, sweets, and their famous birria tacos.

Tiago’s Tacos is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. You can visit locations in Coral Way, Hialeah, or Kendall.
