On Thursday, the Miami Heat played their first game with new, mash-up style design uniforms. It didn’t go well. They lost to the Celtics 95 to 78, but were never really close after the first quarter.
Fans, though, were excited about the new apparel, which paid homage to previous uniforms by using letter designs from past seasons.
“You know it’s crazy… it has that attitude… it’s really out there and loud and that’s what Miami is all about!” said fan Mohammad Hasan.
“This one appeals to, you know, young, old, middle-aged, so I think it’s definitely something that will stick,” added Kemar Hasfal.
