Join us for this very special edition of Chef Allen’s farm-to-table dinner, paired with delicious wines and followed by an intimate performance by the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami. We will explore the following questions: Can wine change the way we hear music? Can music enhance our wines?
We will match the flavors and textures of fine wines with the tones and rhythms of beautifully performed live, classical music featuring:
