The Miami Dolphins announced their new head coach, Mike McDaniel, Sunday evening. He will be replacing former head coach, Brian Flores, who has filed a lawsuit against the NFL.

The former 49ers offensive coordinator had his first sitdown with the Dolphins media team, discussing his plans for the teams.

With 15 years of experience, McDaniel becomes among the NFL’s youngest head coaches. He is determined to make a few changes and lead the Dolphins to victory.
