Central Florida high school orders coverup of LGBT flag (includes video story)

Lyman High school in Seminole County, north of Orlando, is requiring the school’s yearbook to cover up photos with the rainbow flag and “love is love” signs.

The school’s principal, Michael Hunter, says yearbook distribution was delayed because “the images didn’t meet school board policy and were not caught earlier in the review process.”

Students have launched a social media campaign called “Stop The Stickers.”

Some of those who worked on the yearbook attended a school board meeting this past Tuesday to speak out against the school’s actions.
